Since 2012, Police-Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) Queensland has been helping young people accomplish their hours behind the wheel with the Braking the Cycle (BTC) program. It runs in PCYC Napranum, PCYC Palm Island, and PCYC Yarrabah, and more locations are coming soon! The program provides: equitable access to licensing.
